To be able to make calls to the conventional telephone network (fixed and mobile) you need a Microsoft 365 license that allows you to use the Microsoft Phone System telefónico add-on for direct routing. It is important to note that you will not need to contract a calling plan with Microsoft since calls will be made using Direct Routing through Monema’s SBC.
