How can I make and receive calls with Monema?

With Monema you can make and receive calls using any of these options:

• With your own mobile phone using Monema app (data calls with VoIP) In this case the calls are made using your mobile’s data plan or WiFi connection. You can configure the Monema app for iOS or Android downloading it from App Store or Google Play. In this case the received calls will be free but the outgoing calls will be discounted from the voucher or charged if the voucher is exhausted.

• With Monema app in your computer.  You can download Monema  here to make and receive calls from your computer. The user and password to use with Monema can be found in Configuration / Users in the Info column and they match the email and password with which you created your Monema account. The Info column only appears in the Monema web version and can be accessed from the Users section in our web monema.es with your user and password. In this case, the calls received will be free but the outgoing calls will be discounted from the voucher or charged if the voucher has been used up.

• With a desktop or wireless IP phone. In this case please contact Monema support indicating the terminal model to guide you with the configuration.
