The Monema virtual PBX allows you to use your own mobile phone to make and receive personal and business calls. You will be able to have two lines in the same terminal to use it easily. It includes a monthly package of 500 minutes per user to make calls to fixed and mobile phones and the rates once the package is exceeded are economic and without establishment costs. The price of the virtual PBX service includes all the features and the intuitive management from the app or the Control Panel. We also offer the best customer service to help with the initial configuration and subsequent modifications.
What are the different virtual PBX plans?
The Monema virtual PBX has different plans that adapt to the needs of each business:
Monema Basic
For small businesses, this is the telephone service that fits best. It allows you to receive calls on your mobile phone or an IP phone, a bonus with 500 minutes per month.

Monema Standard
This plan is aimed at companies where there are several departments or working groups. With this plan the configurations of schedules, locutions, ring groups can be made independently for each department. Also it includes call recording and CRM integrations.

Monema Advanced
Directed to those companies that send and receive calls on a large scale, such as telemarketing campaigns or customer services.
This is the plan with more features and it adapts to the needs of each client. It has a predictive dialer, the possibility of carrying out satisfaction surveys, supervisor mode, and call listening for agent training.
