It is a customer relationship management or CRM software which allows you to keep track of your interactions with your customers.
By integrating Fonema’s virtual switchboard telephony with Copper, you can save time when dealing with your customers, identify the contact who is calling you, have a complete record of incoming and outgoing calls made to and from that contact, and if you use the Chrome extension you can access the complete customer record in Copper.
Call your contacts directly from Copper using the ClickToCall functionality.
To do this you will need to have the Fonema extension installed and configured in Chrome.
By activating the integration with Copper, every time you receive a call, the caller’s phone number will be searched from the Copper contacts.
If you receive the call on your computer with Phonip Plus (or another softphone) or an IP phone, you will be able to see the name of the associated contact.
And on your mobile phone, with the Fonema APP, you will receive a notification with the name of the contact.
Every call you make or receive will be recorded in your switchboard associated with the contact name of your Copper client.
In addition, if you have chosen to activate call recording you will also be able to listen to or download the audio of the call.
You will also be able to view the call log from the Copper contact activity.
If you have the Fonema extension installed in Chrome, you will be able to access the full record of the person, company or Copper lead as soon as you receive an incoming call from the contact or if you make a call.
