Call your contacts by clicking from Freshdesk on their phone number. You will not have to dial the number on your terminal and you will save time and mistakes.
Every time you make or receive a call, a pop-up window will appear in Freshdesk indicating which contact is associated with the phone number.
You will also be shown the most recent tickets associated with the contact and allow you to open the contact’s tab or create a new ticket.
When you answer it you can write down the content of the call conversation for future reference.
Every call you make or receive will be recorded as a ticket associated with the Freshdesk account.
In addition, if you have chosen to activate call recording you will also be able to listen to or download the audio of the call.
By activating the Freshdesk integration, every time you receive a call, the caller’s phone number will be searched among the accounts and contacts.
If you receive the call on your computer with Phonip Plus (or another softphone) or an IP phone, you will be able to see the name of the associated contact.
And on your mobile, with the Fonema app, you will receive a PUSH notification with the name of the contact.
