HOW IS THE INTEGRATION DONE?

The custom integration of Fonema is based on our HTTP and REST APIs and on our  Google Chrome extension. Your CRM needs to work on Google Chrome or at least have the browser open

The development you need to do in your CRM is simple:

  • Program two functions into an HTTP API according to our requirements that:
    • Return the name of the contact according to the phone number called or called to be able to see in your phones and in the call lists the name of the caller.
    • Return in HTML format the information you want the Google Chrome extension to show based on the phone number called or called (see contact tab, open ticket, etc.) with its corresponding links to your CRM. This information will be displayed in the en la Chrome extension.
