By integrating the telephony of the Fonema virtual switchboard with Odoo, you will be able to save time when serving your customers, you will know who is calling you, you will have the complete record of the incoming and outgoing calls made by and to said contact and if you use the extension of Chrome will be able to access the client file in Odoo.
Call your contacts directly from Odoo using the ClickToCall functionality.
For this you need to have the Fonema extension installed and configured in Chrome.
By activating the integration with Odoo, every time you receive a call the caller’s phone number will be searched among the Odoo contacts.
If you receive the call on your computer with Phonip Plus (or other softphone) or IP phone, you will be able to see the name of the associated contact.
And on your mobile, with the Fonema app, you will receive a notification with the name of the contact.
Each call you make or receive will be registered in your virtual PBX associated with the contact name of your Odoo client.
In addition, if you have decided to activate call recording, you will also be able to listen or download the audio of the call.
You will also be able to view the call log from the chatter or history of the Odoo contact.
If you have the Fonema extension installed in Chrome, you will be able to access the Odoo contact as soon as you receive an incoming call from the contact or if you make a call to him/her.
