CALL FROM YOUR MOBILE PHONE WITH THE COMPANY NUMBER

The Fonema app (available for iOS and Android) allows you to make calls with your company number from your own mobile. This way you can use the same device for both personal and professional use.

In addition, to distinguish whether the incoming calls are personal or business, you will receive a PUSH notification on your mobile with each call.

The calls you receive and make using Fonema will go through the virtual PBX and you will be able to take advantage of all the benefits it provides:

• Recording calls in the cloud
• Transfers to other users from your own mobile
• If you have several numbers, you can choose the caller ID to use with each call

What is a virtual number?

When you register at Fonema you are assigned a virtual number from the area you choose. When a call is received at this number, the calls are passed to the virtual switchboard and finally diverted to your company’s mobiles or IP phones.

If you install Fonema on your smartphone (or use an IP phone or softphone), you will also be able to make outgoing calls using this virtual number.

How can I use my company number with Fonema?

If you wish, you can make a portability of the phone numbers you currently have in your company to Fonema so that your calls are received in the virtual switchboard and you can make calls from the app or IP phone.
