Every time you make or receive a call, a pop-up window will appear on SugarCRM indicating which contact is associated with the phone number.
You will also be shown the most recent tickets associated with the contact and allow you to open the contact’s tab or create a new ticket.
When you answer it you can write down the content of the call conversation for future reference.
Every call you make or receive will be recorded as a call associated with the SugarCRM account.
In addition, if you have decided to activate call recording you will also be able to listen to or download the audio of the call.
By activating the integration with SugarCRM, every time you receive a call the caller’s phone number will be searched for among the accounts and contacts.
If you receive the call on your computer with Phonip Plus (or another softphone) or an IP phone, you will be able to see the name of the associated contact.
And on your mobile, with the Fonema app, you will receive a PUSH notification with the name of the contact.
