By integrating Fonema’s virtual switchboard telephony with Vtiger you will save time in attending to your clients, you will know who is calling you before you answer the call and you will have a complete record of the calls with each of them. Call your contacts by clicking on their phone number from Vtiger. You will not have to dial the number on your terminal and you will save time and mistakes.
Every time you make or receive a call, a pop-up window will appear in Vtiger indicating which contact is associated with the phone number.
You will also be shown the most recent tickets associated with the contact and will be able to open the contact’s tab or create a new ticket.
When you answer it you can write down the content of the call conversation for future reference.
Every call you make or receive will be recorded as a call associated with the Vtiger account.
In addition, if you have decided to activate call recording you will also be able to listen to or download the audio of the call.
When you activate Vtiger integration, each time you receive a call, the caller’s phone number will be searched for among your accounts and contacts.
If you receive the call on your computer with Phonip Plus (or another softphone) or an IP phone, you will be able to see the name of the associated contact.
And on your mobile, with the Fonema app, you will receive a PUSH notification with the name of the contact.
