Every time you make or receive a call, a pop-up window will appear in Zendesk indicating which is the contact associated to the phone number.
You will also be shown the most recent tickets associated to the contact and it will allow you to open the contact’s tab or create a new ticket.
When you answer it, you will be able to write down the content of the call conversation for future reference.
Every call you make or receive will be registered as a ticket associated to Zendesk account.
Besides, if you have decided to activate the call recording you will also be able to listen or download the audio of the call.
When you activate Zendesk integration, every time you receive a call, the caller’s phone number will be searched among accounts and contacts.
If you receive the call in your computer with Phonip Plus (or another softphone) or an IP phone, you will be able to see the name of the associated contact.
And on your mobile, with the Fonema app, you will receive a PUSH notification with the name of the contact.
