Zoho is a set of tools that includes a customer relationship management (CRM) system. By integrating Fonema’s virtual switchboard telephony with Zoho you will save time in attending to your customers, you will know who is calling you before you answer the call and you will have a complete record of the calls with each of them. In short, you will improve productivity and customer service.
Call your contacts by clicking on their phone number from Zoho. You will not have to dial the number on your terminal and you will save time and mistakes.
Each time you make or receive a call, a pop-up window will appear in Zoho indicating which contact is associated with the phone number.
When you answer it, you can write down the contents of the call conversation for future reference.
Each call you make or receive will be recorded on the corresponding tab of the contact or Zoho account.
In addition, if you have chosen to activate call recording you will also be able to listen to or download the audio of the call.
When you activate Zoho integration, each time you receive a call, the caller’s phone number will be searched for among your accounts and contacts.
If you receive the call on your computer with Phonip Plus (or another softphone) or an IP phone, you will be able to see the name of the associated contact.
And on your mobile, with the Fonema app, you will receive a PUSH notification with the name of the contact.
